Jeff Rubino is a veteran of the superalloys industry with over 30 years of experience in specialty metals recycling and processing. He is the CEO of CAI Custom Alloys, a leading U.S. processor of high-temperature aerospace and industrial alloys, and the platform asset of EverMetal’s critical metals recycling strategy.
Under Jeff’s leadership since its founding in 2009, CAI has become a key supplier of high-performance alloys including nickel, cobalt, tungsten, molybdenum, and other specialty materials, serving customers across the defense, aerospace, and energy sectors. His deep technical knowledge and commercial expertise have made him a recognized leader in the superalloys market.
Jeff holds a degree in Economics from West Virginia Wesleyan College and brings a strong focus on operational excellence, supply chain management, and long-term customer relationships.
