Fares Sebai is a founding team member of EverMetal and leads the firm’s mergers & acquisitions and investment activities across North America. He brings deep experience in corporate finance and industrials, having spent nearly five years in Citi’s investment banking division in New York, where he advised clients on M&A and capital raising transactions in the industrials and energy sectors.
Fares holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business.
